Our consultants provide major financial institutions, large public entities and global organisations with customised solutions and strategic advice, for both technical, process and organisational aspects, covering most Business domains, supported by leading digital platforms and innovative Fintech.

Our Industry Solutions Digital Banking practice provides advisory and delivery services to our Financial Services Industry (FSI) clients all around the world.

As a Consultant / Senior Consultant within our ISDB Practice, you will have the opportunity to participate in the delivery of major transformation programmes by our digital banking practice and to get exposure to cutting-edge solutions on the market.

Your next challenge

    Lead and participate in all phases (project management, analysis, design, build, test, deploy,…) of Digital and Core banking implementation projects, both locally and internationally.

    Supporting project and programme managers on a day-to-day basis in implementing agile methodologies, best practices, procedures & standards.

    Monitoring progress of projects and own streams (scope, cost, schedule, resources, issues, risks…)

    Defining and setting up project management processes related to risks, change requests, actions and decisions.

    Ensuring the production of management dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

    Preparing the status reporting of your stream for senior management audience

    Improve customer experience through a sound digital strategy and implementation by focusing on digital banking transformation

    Work closely with the Digital team to deliver innovative client solutions focusing on customer journeys thanks to Service design approach, UX analysis and design, micro-services architecture

    Lead business and IT workshops to collect requirements, detail the solution design solutions and validate the developments across the different testing phases

    Bring creativity, technology, and business together to solve existing pain points.

    Conduct feasibility studies and ideation sessions for digitalization and optimization.

    Support innovation and market research to enhance service offerings.

Your skills

    Hold a Master degree in Business Administration, Finance or IT

    Have 2 to 5 years on Core and Digital transformation project experience in Finance and banking software consultancy

    Show full understanding and ability to leverage the Core Banking and Digital transformation Implementation Methodology

    Show a great interest in banking industry - specifically in digital banking and digital solutions (how they can help to solve complex business challenges) and you ideally have a previous relevant experience in the banking industry and/or working on digital projects

    Ideally have knowledge and experience on digital solutions of major vendors (e.g. Temenos Infinity, Kony, Backbase, Outsystems, Crealogix, etc.)

    Ideally have knowledge and experience of major Core Banking Solutions such as Temenos, Avaloq, Eri Bancaire, Oracle Flexcube,…

    Bring on functional expertise on one or several banking domains and related solutions (e.g. CRM, compliance, portfolio management, risk management, securities processing, accounting, regulatory reporting, etc)

    Be fluent in English; French or German is considered as strong asset

    Be internationally mobile, this position requires frequent travels
