About the role

Our IT department is composed of 25 persons split within 4 different teams (Core & Digital, Business Intelligence, Business Support, and System & Operational Support), accountable for providing the best Technology solutions for the Private Wealth and Family Office customers while maintaining the highest level of service.

In our team, we are developing Microsoft Dynamic 365 to deliver high quality solutions to our partners and stakeholders. Cross collaboration and interaction with other SEB teams, with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery, are essence of our daily work.

You will be part of a dedicated management team, working on an ambitious growth and transformation agenda. We live an inclusive leadership culture with empowerment and involvement to facilitate innovation and development in an international and multicultural environment.

Your responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:

·        Developing, customising, administering, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamic 365 for various SEB Sites

·        Maintaining existing .NET applications (.NET Framework & .NET Core)

·        Developing new .NET applications

In addition to the above, you possess the following qualities:

·        At least 5 years of working experience, ideally within the banking sector

·        Preferably a bachelor's or master's degree

·        Proven knowledge of .NET Framework (C#/LINQ/Web development), HTML5, Javascript and Azure DevOps

·        Knowledge of Dynamics 365 (On-Premise) is preferred

·        Structured approach to work and solution oriented with a pragmatic mindset

·        Team player attitude, which allows you to collaborate efficiently cross-departments combined with the ability to work independently, driving your own projects

·        Flexibility towards work with an ability to quickly adapt to any work situation

·        Willingness to continuously develop and improve processes and ways of working

·        Excellent verbal and written language skills in English; other languages are considered as an advantage.
