The British School of Geneva is seeking a Deputy Principal who will play a key role in leading the school community, being a role model for a high standard, well structured, effective teaching and support community of professionals. The Deputy Principal will play a central role in the planning and effective operation of the school on a day-to-day basis.

We are a Pearson EDEXCEL registered school for External Examinations.

The role carries an expected teaching load of 5 class contact hours per week.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience :

Qualified Teacher Status (or recognized international equivalent).

Evidence of further professional development study / training to completion.

Proven capability to lead successfully at Section, Deputy or whole school level.

Proven capability re school organization and administration responsibilities

Proven capability to ensure outstanding learning opportunities for students.

Proven capability to work effectively as a member of a Team in a coordinating or leadership role.

Proven capability to work effectively within a Line reporting structure.

Proven ability to fulfil all Safeguarding responsibilities.

Consistently demonstrate and role-model the ISP / British School of Geneva competencies and values in all that you do.
