Are you the right person for the job?

Minimum 3 years of operational management in a quality 4-star hotel

You will have a positive, professional outlook on operational management

Strong Food & Beverage operations experience

You will be driven by upholding the hotel’s high standards and guest service

You will have an understanding and innovative approach to HR and training

You will need to be results-driven and can use your initiative and own emotional intelligence to drive standards, staff motivation, and retention

What will your role look like?

Lead the charge in maintaining and developing a customer-driven hotel that maximises profitability and enhances investment value

Handle daily operational management tasks with professionalism and positivity, representing hotel management as directed by the General Manager

Over the next two years, spearhead initiatives to drive sales in business centres, leveraging innovative ideas to attract guests and corporate clients

Collaborate with management to revamp training and motivational programs, elevating operational standards and fostering effective communication throughout the hotel

Efficiently allocate human resources, creating a progressive and attractive work environment for current and future employees

Participate in monthly management meetings to review sales initiatives, monitor costs, and drive business development strategies
