We are seeking an allround and helpful individual like you to join our team in Mallorca. If you want

ABOUT OUR OFFER

• A job at Sail Trip Mallorca offers more than your basic salary but is a stepping stone into Luxury Yachting and gaining experience in the yachting industry.
• Work week of 40 hours, but high flexibility is needed as we are a small team.
• Housing oppertunity on a 12 meter yacht in an esteemed Yachtclub.
• Acces to the Yachtclubs swimmingpool and facilities as well as Watersportsgear on the yacht.
• Every Nautical mile made while during trips will add on your resume to grow in your future career as Officer or Captain. 
• We offer a seasonal contract, but you could level up your career with growth opportunities in the yachtbroker business during wintertime.

ABOUT THE JOB

• As our friendly deckcrew and host on the yacht, you warmly welcome guests and build a fun and welcoming connections with each guest. Making sure you create special moments for our guests from the moment they arrive.
• Be prepared to handle changes and challenges in the busy harbour with all weather conditions, ensuring all guests’ requests and meet their needs.
• Ensure smooth and safe boat manouvers following the Captains orders. Deliver a safety speech before leaving the harbour and make sure all is baggage is stored seasafe.
• Monitor our guests and surroundings, making sure everybody is safe and happy on the way to our destination.
• Serving food and drinks and help out the Captain in the galley with preparations.
• Daily before and after trips the yacht needs to be spotless clean and safety checks done, this could be polishing works, scrubbing or small mechanical works.
• Proudly represent our company’s whilst maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism to enhance the guest experience during the trip.

• Fully conversational in English is necessary.
• The job will be on the water and with waves daily, if you get seasick this job is not for you.
• Willing to get a STCW Basic safety and STCW medical certification before the summerseason.
