Duties & Responsabilities: Responsibilities

Business-Driven Insights:

• Partner with business stakeholders to deeply understand their strategic objectives, key metrics, and pain points.

• Translate business questions into quantifiable data science problems with clear success criteria.

• Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and drive data-informed decision-making.

Model Development & Deployment:

• Develop and deploy machine learning models that directly address business needs, focusing on tangible ROI and impact.

• Prioritize model interpretability and explainability to facilitate adoption and trust among stakeholders.

• Continuously monitor model performance and adapt strategies to maintain accuracy and relevance in a dynamic business environment.

Data Storytelling & Communication:

• Effectively communicate complex technical concepts and data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Develop compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to empower stakeholders with actionable information.

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the organization, fostering a culture of data literacy and innovation.

Education :

• Diploma in IT

• Certifications in AI

• Certifications in machine learning, cloud platforms, data engineering, or business analysis (e.g., CBAP) are a plus.

Skills & Specifications:

• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)

• Experience with other languages like SQL, and possibly Julia or Scala

• Expertise in data wrangling and cleaning

• Proficiency in libraries like pandas, NumPy

• Knowledge of SQL for database querying

• Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, LightGBM)

• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)

• Understanding of model evaluation and selection techniques

• Proficiency in visualization tools and libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, D3.js)

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI

• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business problems and translate them into actionable data science projects.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively share insights and recommendations with stakeholders

• Proactive and self-directed, with a passion for solving real-world business challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

Work experience requirements:  3+ years of experience in applying data science to solve business problems, ideally in industrial or manufacturing settings.

Languages :  Fluency in English
