Tracsis Traffic Data Ltd, is a leading company in the field of transport data capture and analysis. Our Operations department is looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to become part of our team as the Data Collection Supervisor, based out of our Leinster office.

The successful individual will be responsible for the supervision of variety of manual surveys, ensuring that all survey requirements are met out on site and the effective management of all casual workers. In addition, this individual will assist the Project Manager in certain work streams within the planning stage of a project.

Our ideal candidate would possess a minimum of 2 years’ experience in public transport fare evasion surveys and have excellent organisational and time management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities

Manual Survey Supervision and Preparation:

Be able to carry out all varieties of Manual Surveys and be able to manage all Surveys on site from beginning to end.

Produce all relevant Survey documentation.

Deliver relevant briefs to all Manual casual workers prior to the commencement of the Survey.

Be responsible for getting all Manual casual workers to and from Site locations.

Ensure all site staff are dispersed safely prior to leaving the Survey site.

Regularly conduct quality and safety checks on Manual casual workers.

On completion of the Survey, collect and check all survey data and equipment

Project Management:

Assist the Project team with all aspects of planning including preparing site and office paperwork and liaising with clients to ensure permissions are granted prior to all projects being undertaken where necessary.

Carry out any pre-site visits required.

Once preparation work streams have been completed, pass back to the Project Manager.

Recruitment:

Working with internal departments to recruit Manual casual workers and manage all associated recruitment administration.

Responsible for controlling PPE, carrying out quality checks and regularly communicating with the appropriate Manager regarding newly ordered PPE.

Carry out any casual worker training in order to provide them with relevant skills and knowledge to carry out Manual Survey tasks.

Ensure that all activities within remit are undertaken in line with Company policy, Health and Safety Guidelines and the Quality Management System within the business.
