CCP is looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join a team of data analysts, scientists, and engineers in our wonderful Reykjavik studio.

As a successful candidate you will perform in-depth data analyses, visualizations and storytelling based on rich data generated from CCP's portfolio of beautiful and captivating products.

You will work closely with talented people across the company on a mission of creating virtual worlds more meaningful than real life.

Your tasks:

Explore and analyze data that influences the future development of CCP Games and its products

Construct visuals and stories to explain findings from data analysis initiatives

Work closely with people across the company to identify opportunities to utilize data across products

Participate in the adventure of building online entertainment for the masses

Your profile:

A bachelor's degree or higher in data analytics or adjacent fields (statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, finance etc.)

SQL querying skills – Ability to write queries on your own and review and optimize other people’s code

Experience with at least one BI tool, such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik

Experience with data and visualization in either Python or R

Strong communication skills, verbal and written, the ability to explain your work to others

The ability to deliver data insights to other disciplines within the company

A passion for data visualization and data storytelling
