We have an excellent opportunity for a professional, ambitious Customer Support Co Ordinator for a growing technology organisation based in Dublin 11.

This is a well-known and very successful Company, and they rely on their Customer Service Team to ensure that Customers are looked after in a professional manner – you are a key part of the business!

With the growth this organisation are going through, there is an a strong opportunity this role will go permanent.

Working with a supportive team, you will look after:

Call and email handling.

Responding to requests and dealing with complex issues.

Logging fault calls

Planning, scheduling service work with engineers and customers

Service contract renewals follow up.

Preparation of quotations

Role is a mix of Coordination, customer support and general administration.

The ideal person must have 3 years’ experience in a busy Customer Support Role. Previous scheduling/coordination experience is a must for this role and be confident using Microsoft office along with having excellent communication skills.
