A growing Mansfield based company that is passionate about Customer Service is seeking a Customer Service Specialist with a technical aptitude. Job Description • Act as one of the first point of contact for customer queries • Diagnosis of problems • Respond to customer enquiries • Provide technical support • Investigate technical queries • Actively promote additional products and services to build long term sustainable relationships • Accurately update and maintain database • Deal effectively with customer complaints Person Specification • Have confidence in one’s own ability to pass their knowledge on to others • Ideally have previous experience in an office based Customer Service environment • Basic knowledge/understanding of power tools and gardening equipment, or otherwise demonstrate a technical aptitude • Must be computer literate, with accurate keyboard skills This is a permanent position, working on a two week rota – 8.00am – 5.00pm/9.00am – 6.00pm with approximately two Saturdays per month (9.00am – 1.00pm) The salary for this position is £17,000 per annum however there is also a generous bonus scheme, average monthly bonus is circa £300/£350 per month.
