As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

- Operational handling of Customer Service by answering customers’ questions, resolving problems, maintaining customer satisfaction, and providing problem-solving resources

- Handling initial contact from all assigned customers for all daily operational business issues

- Improving customer relationships at the operational level to ensure ongoing development and resolution of queries

- Developing, documenting, and implementing work procedures as directed by the Team Leader

- Managing customer complaints and reporting on a regular basis to the Team Leader

- Monitoring and supporting performance level reporting (KPIs)

- Working with various systems, such as SAP, E-bat, MAX-LRU, etc

- Working according to and supporting the Quality Management System

Ihr Profil:

The ideal Candidate should meet the following requirements:

Requirements

- Degree in a relevant field is required

- Proficiency in English and Italian is required

- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, SAP is required

- Must possess permit to work in Italy

Desirable qualifications

- Previous customer service experience, particularly in the aviation industry, is desirable
