Consolidates controls and coordinates OE customer’s requirements in ­line with company policies and established targets.

Requirements

• Degree in administration, Industrial Engineering, International business, etc. (titled)

• Advanced English

• Work experience: three years in the area

• Excel, SAP, OFFICE

• Teamwork, punctual, tolerance, honesty.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and entering SAP orders

• Follow-up to the doubts of the internal and external clients are served in a timely manner.

• To define alternatives of solution for the conflicts presented in the operation.

• Implement quality of service measurement systems (KPI'S)

• Oversee the planning of the purchase order process.

• Monitor the release of orders from assigned customers.

• Orders follow-up, from order to delivery.

• Coordination and follow-up of returns.

• Compliance with Shipments plan.

• Work together with production and materials to meet on-time with customer orders.
