The Role As a Customer Service Executive you are responsible for helping and supporting your clients to ensure that you are doing all you can to find solutions to any issues they may be experiencing and strive to find enhancements to our service and technology. You will manage any queries from our customers over telephone conversations, written communications by letter, email and online messenger. Your role will be incredibly flexible and varied depending on the needs of our customers. You will ensure that all service and communication with customers is in line with our high standards of customer service and make that you endeavour to solve customer queries as efficiently and proactively as possible.
