Moravia is looking for Customer Service and Business Data Technicians with native speaker fluency in Turkish. POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service and Business Technician is responsible for providing support by email to general users and to businesses as well as researching, analyzing and validating information using web-based maps and news articles/social media/official websites. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide support to general users of maps app - Trouble-shoot and if required, escalate issues - Deal with business queries, in accordance with company policies - Evaluate data quality through web-based research and phone calls - Apply critical thinking to identify high-level trends - Identify root cause(s) of trending issues through web-research - Create analytical reports - Willing to work onsite at our Client’s facility in Cork, Ireland. This position cannot be performed remotely JOB INFORMATION: - Hourly rate - Specified Purpose Contract (with 6-month probation period) - Working hours: Flexible - Onsite position in Cork, Ireland - This vacancy is a potential General Employment Permit application REQUIREMENTS: - Candidates must have native speaker fluency in Turkish - Candidates must be proficient in written and spoken English KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Highly detail-oriented - Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills - Adept at working with large data-sets, with an ability to identify patterns and trends - Able to draw conclusions from data and recommend actions - Strong web-research skills and comfortable with the use of web-based maps - Comfortable with placing outbound calls - High-level IT competency - Familiar with iOS and macOS - Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in small and large cross-functional team - Degree in a related discipline or equivalent through work experience (e.g., in Technical Support). - Familiar with basic GIS concepts. NICE TO HAVE: Experience with spreadsheets. Experience with database systems EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE - University Degree in Business Analysis desired; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted - Minimum 1-2 years of customer support experience in a technical environment - Minimum 1 year of experience with web-based map applications - Demonstrated experience in data analysis - Experience with social media sites
