Customer Service Representative – Lisbon, Portugal
(FRENCH SPEAKER)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Fixed-term contract for 6 months
Salary: €895 base salary + €215 bonus = €1110 gross/month
Our client leading global customer experience solutions and technology provider is looking for Customer Support in fluent French language. They are providing full training for the role, relocation support and great benefits.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational)
Saturday and Sunday – 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Days Off: 2 Days Rotation
As a Customer Support Specialist for a well-known client, you will handle customer inquiries related to product features, technical issues, and other questions. Deliver high levels of customer service and resolve requests regarding e-commerce, software, hardware, and wireless connectivity issues. Document interactions accurately and maintain data accuracy in our system. Adapt to rapid changes and contribute ideas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels.
Provide pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support.
Maintain a consistent brand voice in both private and public interactions.
Escalate issues to higher support tiers as needed.
Collaborate with technicians to resolve help tickets.
Manage an individual ticket queue and follow management directions.
Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Review and provide feedback on help content.
Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements:
Fluent, verbal and written in French & English;
Excellent communication skills;
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Required language: French
