Customer Service Administrator As a Barclays Customer Service Administrator, you'll be carrying out a wide variety of administrative tasks whilst also liaising with our customers. You'll be responsible for investigating and resolving client queries, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard. We'll look to you to deliver on complex administration tasks which will often be time critical, therefore your exceptional organisation skills will be key. When speaking with customers, you'll have the opportunity to develop great client relationships within Barclays, always delivering a professional service via telephony, email and written communications.
