Customer Relationship Manager As a Barclays Customer Relationship Manager in the Investment Services team, you'll be the primary contact for your clients and their investment servicing needs. You'll manage a casebook of clients invested in a range of Barclays Wealth investment products, responsible for developing fantastic relationships with your clients. You'll deliver both a reactive service to handle clients enquiries and a proactive service ensuring clients are informed as to the performance of their product and that the service continues to meet their needs. As an experienced member of the team, you'll also assist with handling team escalations and assisting with the development of your team members' technical knowledge where required. As a Customer Relationship Manager, your main responsibilities will include: * Proactively supporting change to deliver improvements in our client experience and providing clients with appropriate solutions to their immediate and future needs * Showing situational empathy on every call and taking responsibility for investigating and resolving client queries effectively * Being a trusted guide for clients, demonstrating expert ability to manage complex transactions * Making regular outbound calls to your casebook, identifying life events that change client's objectives, and working with regulated advisors to ensure clients suitability for the product is assessed * Developing colleagues through mentoring and / or coaching, ensuring you champion the client agenda to achieve the right client outcomes * Lead the team in your Managers absence, showing strong decision making skills, considering the impact on clients, colleagues and the business As a Customer Relationship Manager, your skills and qualifications will include: * An extensive background in customer relationship management where building strong customer relationships is key * A proven ability of managing complex customer queries and resolving them with confidence * Excellent communication and relationship building skills * Experience in a telephony environment would be advantageous The Benefits: Our customers deserve the best.
