Canal Digital is seeking a Nordic Customer Journey Manager

Would you like to drive the development of the digital Customer Journey for Canal Digital? Do you have an outside-of-the box approach to developing excellent customer experiences?

Canal Digital is a Nordic company with offices in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark. We?re seeking a fulltime Nordic Customer Journey Manager that will have a key role shaping the future for Canal Digital. You?ll be part of the Customer Lifecycle team within the CX Department, a central Nordic unit responsible for customer lifecycle management, CX projects and initiatives supporting Canal Digital?s strategy and commercial goals. You will report to the Nordic Director Customer Lifecycle Management.

Job description

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading the development of Nordic Customer Journey Strategy and Customer Journey roadmap across functions and countries in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
  • Mapping and identification of painpoints in Customer Journeys, design future journeys and drive implementation of actions to close gaps
  • Utilizing customer and market insight including user behavior analysis in improving and digitalizing the Customer Journey
  • Giving support and driving the implementation of improvement initiatives in all stages of the customer lifecycle from onboarding journey to exit journey
  • Designing customer journeys to stimulate change of user behavior
  • Ensuring development and implementation of best practice framework/methodology for improving and digitalizing the Customer Journey
  • Leading and facilitation of Customer Journey processes and project management
  • Develop and implement action plans to stimulate adoption of self service solutions/digital services and contribute in development of self-service concepts
  • Participating in ideation/concept phase of product development when needed

We?re looking for someone who has

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in CX/Change Management areas on a strategic and operational level
  • Experience working with digital customer experience
  • Experience working with customer research and insight, Customer Journey mapping, process design and Service Design Methodology
  • Experience with reaching goals through close collaboration with other departments and competence areas at Senior level
  • Experience with project management
