About the position

This important role involves collaboration between various internal teams in order to help coordinate IT Operations activities.  These activities play a key role in enhancing our company's ability to function more effectively.

In this position you will work with Capacity Services, Network Connectivity, Digital Workplace and the Service Desk within IT Operations.  You will be an interface between them and departments throughout the company in helping coordinate their activities.  You may also work with external vendors in collaboration with our internal teams on IT Operations activities.

Main responsibilities

Establish and maintain good relationships with internal customers to reduce barriers between customers and Group IT.

Develop ways of working with internal customers, stakeholders, production and IT Operations.

Take ownership of the coordination of activities with resolution parties.

Act as point of escalation for any operational issues related to IT Operation services.

About You

Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer Science or equivalent IT work experience.

Team-oriented and skilled at working in a collaborative environment.

Ability to work closely with appointed business stakeholders at all levels.

You are fluent in Finnish and English and can communicate well with different levels of management.
