Credit Union Investment Adviser/Business Development

Are you a motivated and results-driven professional with a strong background in financial services? My Client, a leading Independent Credit Union Investment Adviser, is seeking a Credit Union Investment Adviser to join their team. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage investment portfolios, provide strategic advice, and play a pivotal role in the ongoing growth of the Credit Union.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Conduct evaluations of investment portfolios, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.

•    Provide expert advice on investment strategies with the relevant stakeholders

•    Deliver clear, written recommendations.

•    Oversee ongoing treasury management and liquidity analysis.

•    Prepare income forecasts and provide insightful financial reporting.

•    Maintain a deep understanding of the Irish Credit Union sector and its core values.

Candidate Requirements:

•    QFA Qualification is essential.

•    Knowledge of Credit Union investment/portfolio management is highly desirable but not essential.

•    A full, clean driving licence with access to own transport is desired.

•    CRM Management and an active sales pipeline.

•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage across multiple levels of the organisation.

•    Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

•    Business acumen for strategic planning and developing strategies to attract diverse membership demographics.

•    A proactive, highly motivated, and results-driven individual with a creative approach to investment advice.

•    A strong Sales ethos allied with an in-depth knowledge of the Credit Union sector.

•    Strong financial knowledge, particularly within the Credit Union sector.
