Job Overview:
The Core Creative team functions as an integrated unit of multidisciplinary specialists, leveraging cutting-edge creative strategies to deliver transformative brand solutions. This team collaborates closely with other specialized Mediavest Practices, deploying synergistic methods to convert brand objectives into measurable business outcomes. This role requires the execution and oversight of complex administrative processes that are vital to the operational success of the Creative Practice.
Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
A high-performing Creative Client Associate serves as an indispensable operational facilitator, demonstrating acute attention to detail, proactive initiative, and the capability to manage multiple, complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously. This role involves interfacing with client teams to orchestrate end-to-end execution of full-service media and creative campaigns. The responsibilities extend to managing intricate budget allocations, invoice reconciliation, comprehensive asset coordination, and facilitating media traffic workflows.
The ideal candidate must possess a robust analytical understanding of both proprietary and industry-standard systems, facilitating seamless campaign implementation across diverse channels. Mastery of media planning, procurement protocols, and campaign optimization strategies is imperative. Additionally, the ability to independently drive process efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential for success.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Execution and synchronization of full-spectrum media and creative campaigns, ensuring precise budgetary alignment, asset gathering, and optimization of traffic instructions.
• Developing and maintaining an in-depth, technical understanding of campaign deployment systems, media buying frameworks, and production workflows.
• Supporting high-level client engagement through consistent execution of deliverables and real-time adaptation to campaign adjustments.
• Lead the project management of creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are efficiently managed.
• Maintain high standards of quality assurance by reviewing creative outputs for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.
Agency Performance:
• Synthesize complex client campaign metrics into comprehensive reports, providing actionable insights.
• Compile and present advanced competitor analyses, incorporating multi-dimensional data sets to inform strategic recommendations.
• Serve as the principal liaison between internal media teams and external media vendors, ensuring timely and compliant delivery of ad materials.
• Facilitate dynamic amendments to media plans, aligning cross-departmental stakeholders with evolving campaign requirements.
• Monitor and validate campaign KPIs, ensuring adherence to performance benchmarks.
