Cost Consultants for an exciting project in Odense

For our customer, a large Danish International Contractor working in the data centre sector, we are now looking for three Quantity Surveyors/Cost Engineers/Cost Consultants at both senior and junior/intermediate levels to join an existing team due to continued expansion and a full order book.

Responsibilities:

• Post-contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, final account, etc.
• Subcontractor management and payments
• Collaborate and develop good relationships with clients and stakeholders internally and externally
• Managing / assisting with the change management process from early warning to close out of VO.
• Assist with claim management, contractual matters.
• Preparation of monthly valuations
• Assisting with forecasts
• Assisting with cost control 
• Remeasurement 

Skills and Knowledge:

•    Sound knowledge of construction

•    Excellent problem solving skills

•    Good financial and numeracy management skills

•    Excellent communication and negotiating skills

•    The ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily

•    Computer literate

•    Construction estimating or finance experienced is advantageous

•    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

•    Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, construction, or similar.

Requirments:

You must be able to live and work in Denmark (Odense).

Starting date is as soon as possible, and the positions are expected to be two years with possible extension.
