Corporate Finance Valuation - Senior Associate (m/f/d)

Our team focuses on playing the role of lead financial advisers in sell-side and buy-side transactions.  

Our Deals department comprises a team of talented professionals coming from various horizons including Investment Banks, Consulting and Audit firms. They all share the same passion for delivering superior financial advisory to clients during their strategic transactions (mergers, acquisitions, disposals, fund raising, restructuring, etc).

Be a part of our team where you will:

    Carry out various valuation assignments for corporate finance advisory across different industries and situations;

    Prepare detailed financial modelling, business plans, financial analysis and the application of a variety of valuation methodologies;

    Review, supervise and plan the work performed by more junior staff;

    Create and maintain an excellent relationship with clients and ensure business runs smoothly.

Let's talk about you. If you have/are...

    Professional experience of minimum 3 years in the EDGE program with a relevant exposure to Valuation engagements;

    Knowledge and experience working with option pricing models and/or purchase price allocations (B&S, Binomial, MonteCarlo) are deemed as valuable;

    Strong financial modelling and analytical skills;

    Professional qualification (CFA, ACA,…) is a plus;

    Detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, autonomous and enjoys working in a multi-cultural environment;

    Perfect command of English (German and French are deemed as a strong asset, any other European language will be considered as valuable).
