Corporate Credit Specialist F/M - Investment Banking

As Corporate Credit Specialist F/M, you will be involved in targeting and engaging with large-cap corporations to explore potential business opportunities and establish new client relationships. Your role will encompass activities such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt financing, as well as restructuring efforts.

The Responsibilities :

    Developing client relationships for the bank with corporations, family offices, and financial sponsors, and marketing the bank's products.

    Identifying, targeting, and engaging with large-cap corporations to explore potential business opportunities and establish new client relationships.

    ​You will be involve in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity & debt financing and restructuring

    Preparing proposals and presentations for existing and potential clients.

    Coordinating transaction execution and various business lines within the group.

    Collaborating with credit analysts in the credit diligence and approval process and providing oversight during the credit approval process.

    Ensuring compliance and adherence to internal processes (compliance, risk, ESG...).

The Profile :

    At least 8 years of experience as Corporate Credit Specialist or Product Owner in Investment Banking

    Master Degree in Finance

    Fluent in French & English

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

    Proven leadership capabilities and strategic thinking, with a track record of driving results in a complex and dynamic environment.
