We are looking for a HR Coordinator, Talent Acquisition to strengthen our HR Team and help us grow. You will bring us your expertise in bridging our growth strategy into talent attraction and employer branding activities that truly accelerate our growth. You will create and implement processes and tools that make us special in terms of talent, employer brand and candidate experience. Your activities help us attract top talent and move from on demand to up front sourcing. You will build awareness & engagement, proactively reach out to interesting candidates, deliver talent insights, and support our recruiting managers. In short, your key responsibilities are

- Implement our renewed recruitment process and recruitment system.

- Coordinate recruitment events, build career sites and create employer branding content such as articles, posts, job ads, and other candidate communication.

- Manage recruitment campaigns in global and local channels, provide talent analyses & KPIs and propose improvements and new approaches.

- Coach and support recruiting managers. Collaborate with external partners.

- Develop sourcing strategies. Conduct screens, assessments, and interviews. Recommend candidates for employment and prepare employment offers & contracts.

- Nurture and develop talent pipeline and conduct talent searches yourself.

- Design, coordinate, and implement onboarding activities.

We expect you to have

- Broad skillset in talent acquisition and practical experience employment contract management

- Proven track record in content creation and employer branding activities

- Experience in implementing and developing processes and systems

- Strong bias for action and ownership

- Experience in LinkedIn Talent Insights & Recruiter and/or other talent solution(s)

- Fluency in Finnish & English

We are especially glad if you have

- Certification on pre-employment assessment tool(s)

- Experience in global talent acquisition

- Insights in global talent market and recruitment channels
