A leading international financial services company is seeking an Investment Restrictions Specialist F/M to join its Compliance Department.

As part of a dedicated team, the role will focus on investment controlling, system improvements, and collaboration with IT to support fund administration services.

The main responsibilities :

    Configuring and maintaining investment limits in the Investment Controlling system.

    Acting as the primary liaison between users of the application and the IT development team.

    Driving the continuous enhancement of the tool.

    Providing daily technical support to the Investment Controlling team (responsible for analyzing exceptions), especially on matters related to system configurations and rule setups.

    Ensuring the accurate configuration of investment restrictions, policies, and guidelines across various fund types (including UCITS, AIF, RAIFs, etc.).

    Conducting preliminary assessments to determine the feasibility of controls within the available tools when new funds are launched, prospectuses are updated, or regulatory changes occur.

    Actively participating in and overseeing development projects tied to Investment Controlling activities.

    Managing and monitoring the resolution of IT service requests.

The profile :

    A minimum of 5 years' experience in investment restrictions within the investment fund industry or with a banking institution, with a focus on IT tool configuration and development.

    University degree (BAC+4/BAC+5) in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Mathematics, or a related field.

    Experience in project management, particularly in system development (specifications, IT coordination, testing).

    Familiarity with related software (Bloomberg, Telekurs, MS Office, custody bank, and fund accounting systems).
