Your tasks and responsibilities

You will be working in a busy front office, with plenty of opportunity to assist the guests to book experiences of a lifetime.

Tasks include:

• Face to face, phone and digital communication with customers and sub-contractors
• Making reservations, offers...
• Operational planning and general day to day safari house duties
• Possibility to combine some activity guiding duties with the role, for applicants that may be interested in this option
• Be ready to do everything, which will make this the most wonderful work experience

Your working conditions

• Seasonal fixed-term contract from beginning/middle of November 2024 to mid-April 2025
• Salary according to salary scales
• Accommodation provided by the employer in shared flat

Your qualifications

• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests from various backgrounds
• You have a previous recent and relevant experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a similar position
• You are able to use the Travius reservation system, Bokun, and previous knowledge of the programme service industry is also considered an advantage (training will be provided)
• A category B driver's license is mandatory
• You are legally entitled to work and live in Finland

Your language skills

Excellent English level (min. C1)

All other languages are to your advantage
