Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Conference and Event Planner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating successful and memorable events, strong project management skills, and a keen eye for logistics.
- Responsibilities:
- Along with our main annual event in September, plan and execute a wide range of events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and corporate events
- Manage all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, catering, AV equipment, transportation, and accommodations
- Develop event timelines and budgets, and ensure events are completed on time and within budget
- Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and speakers to ensure a smooth event experience for all participants
- Evaluate the success of each event and implement improvements for future events
- Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning, preferably in a corporate or organizational setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
