Your mission:  People, Experience and Change is a community of experts whose capabilities are focused on addressing people related challenges within (the employees) and outside (the clients) of any type of organisation across any industry.  

Join our Workforce Analytics & Strategy team (part of the People, Experience and Change community), where you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing workforce strategies aligned with organisational objectives. Your mission will be to provide expert guidance on workforce analytics, demand forecasting, scenario analysis, and upskilling, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the right talent is available at the right time to meet business needs.  

As an Experienced Consultant in our Workforce Analytics & Strategy team, you will be contributing to client-facing project work as well as business development activities. The activities may spread across multiple sectors, industries and countries. Projects may focus on a micro (organisational) and/or macro (sectorial, industrial) level and require out-of-the box thinking and the ability to develop new approaches and methodologies.

Be a part of our team where you will:  

    Analyse historical and current client workforce data thoroughly to spot trends, gaps, critical roles, and potential risks, and then strategize accordingly.

    Predict future workforce needs by considering business forecasts and growth plans.

    Work with various teams to collect and verify client data for forecasting models.

    Use statistical models, workforce software, and other tools to forecast workforce needs and plan for various scenarios.

    Apply knowledge of external economic and human capital trends to anticipate changes in the workforce.

    Collaborate with HR, finance, and business leaders to ensure that workforce strategies fit within budget and operational limitations.

    Help client to establish a robust workforce planning approach and team.

    Establish performance indicators and metrics to gauge the success of workforce planning and human capital development initiatives.

    Design and implement upskilling programmes and policy interventions on different levels.

Let's talk about you. If you have/are …

    Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).

    3+ years of experience in workforce planning, workforce strategy, organisational enablement, or any other related experience.

    Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with knowledge in data modelling, forecasting, and data analysis.

    Solid communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various stakeholders.

    Project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable workforce strategies.

    Knowledge of HR practices, and industry trends related to workforce planning.

    Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-cultural and dynamic environment.

    Excellent verbal and written English including the ability to organise and

    present information concisely to a variety of audiences. Ideally working proficiency in French or German, any other language is considered as an asset.
