We are seeking professional and experienced home care assistants to join our working in the local Burnham-on-Sea area to provide the highest quality of care to clients who require support to live at home. We have both Day and Night shifts available with our clients, so apply today for a flexible rota that works around your lifestyle! Why Should you Apply? All of our healthcare professionals have minimum hours guaranteed in their contracts, giving them the security of a steady income. We hire permanent staff, and with over 200 training courses on offer, we help them develop. It is important for us to provide stability to our people, we are not and never have been a 'zero hours' employer. We offer 20 hour a week contracts for the right applicant! To ensure that you are able to meet your guaranteed hours, you must be willing to travel to a variety of clients around the local area. The caring Role You will have experience in one of the following areas: learning disabilities, tracheostomies, suctioning, stomas, ventilators and/or challenging behaviours, however any previous experience in a complex care role could be accepted. You could be involved in a range of day to day activities such as washing, dressing, toileting, meal times and other general activities that enable service users to live their daily lives as they choose. No home-care visit we undertake is less than 5 hours so we are able to champion the needs of our clients. Drivers are preferred for this role to enable easier access to client locations.
