The Men's Development Network Company Limited By Guarantee requires Programme Coordinators to join the team in Dublin and Waterford.

The Men’s Development Network is a non-profit organisation headquartered in Waterford, Ireland, with the key focus on being leaders in promoting change and equality within society.

Approaching our work from a transforming masculinities and gender-justice perspective, we have over 25 years of positive engagement with men, boys, women’s organisations, and other like-minded partners.

Under the mission statement “Better Lives for Men; Better Lives for All,” the Men’s Development Network interacts with men on various levels including one-to-one, developmental, parenting, behaviour change group work, training, phoneline support and awareness raising.

As Programme Coordinator, you will be a critical part of the program team, overseeing all aspects of the programme you manage and ensuring all stakeholders have a first-rate experience that is efficient, effective, and responsive to changing circumstances. This role requires excellent communication, organisational, and relationship skills. The successful candidate will liaise and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders. Must have the relevant third-level qualifications or work experience.  The minimum annual salary is €34,049   to €43,000 based on a standard working week of 35 hours.
