Community Employment Supervisor - Full Time Northside Community Enterprises

Applicants should have:

CE Supervisor candidates must evidence competency in one or more of the following areas: Business/Financial Administration, Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Training, Human Resources, People Management, ICT skills (e.g Microsoft Office) and Payroll. Candidates should have 3 years supervisory experience and a major 3rd level qualification(NFQ level 6 or higher) is desirable for the role.

Duties:

Supervisor must be competent to oversee the Administrative, Technical and Participant Development aspects of the  Community Employment Project.

The applicant should have a solid understanding of the role of the Community Employment Supervisor as it pertains to project management and programme delivery to participants who may present as long-term unemployed or vulnerable adults.

The suitable person would need excellent interpersonal skills and a positive proactive attitude to work and also the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.

Excellent Communication skills essential and proficient in Microsoft Office.

It would be desirable that the candidate would have:

The ability to support and develop people who may be long term unemployed.

QQI Level 6 Training delivery and Evaluation

Knowledge and experience of grant applications, procurement, program development and reporting.

Experience and knowledge in Corporate Governance.
