COMMIS CHEF X2 required for Turmeric Trails Limited (t/a Saravanaa Bhavan)

located at Units 11-18, Belgard Square West, Tallaght, Dublin 24. We are looking for

an experienced, creative, and passionate Commis’ Chefs to join our team. The

primary duties will include:

 To work as part of the kitchen team and to carry out all duties as assigned by

the Chef de Partie.

 To cook and prepare elements of high quality vegetarian dishes

 To ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the approved

standards of presentation.

 To ensure that all duties are completed in a timely fashion and as instructed by

the Chef de Partie.

 To follow all agreed food quality, hygiene standards and HACCP procedures

at all times and to contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

 To assist with stock rotation & cleaning stations.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Indian and

Ethnic cuisines, be highly motivated, dynamic, and an enthusiastic individual, and

have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Salary €34,000 p/a.

39 hrs p/w.
