Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:

Dom’s Pier 1 is a busy bar and restaurant and we are looking for a new Commis Chef to join our team.

In this role, you will have the chance to learn and progress from the ground floor up, helping with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food.

Working to the highest standards and in an environment that combines popular menus and quality food with the very best in service.

Currently we open 6 days per week Tuesday to Sunday, progressing toward full time hours during the summer.

Duties to include:

Assisting in the food preparation process

Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes

Preparing vegetables, meats and fish

Assisting other Chefs

Helping with deliveries and restocking

Assisting with stock rotation

Cleaning stations

Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.

Experience in a kitchen is desired, but not necessary as training will be provided.
