E-commerce Implementation Project Manager. Mid-West

Fone Connection Limited is seeking a bilingual E-commerce Implementation Project Manager to oversee the project of launching online shops on various e-commerce platforms in 2024. The role involves:

Procurement management

Leverage existing supply channels to Identify potential suppliers in China that align with the company's quality standards and cost requirements.

Conducting supplier assessments, including evaluations of product quality, reliability, and manufacturing capabilities.

Negotiating favorable terms, such as pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with the Chinese suppliers.

Seeking a cost-effective international logistics team from China to ensure affordable shipping costs

Research and execution

Conduct thorough research on joining international trading platforms and the entire process, including various studies on Chinese and Western online shopping websites， such as Alibaba, Taobao, Temu, and Amazon, etc.  

Complete the onboarding of online platforms and the subsequent management.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the e-commerce space in the electronic repair industry.

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and brand growth, such as selecting the appropriate platforms, seeking out potential partnerships, and identifying new market opportunities.

Manage the setup and launch of online stores on Temu, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.  

Operational tasks

Oversee products and services listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.

Handle bilingual(English and Chinese) communication to cater to diverse markets and customer bases.

Perform various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of the e-commerce platforms, including customer service, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the overall site health.

Collaborate with designers and software engineers, including those from Chinese service providers, to ensure the online store design is user-friendly and reflects our brand identity, while also enhancing the functionality of our own website.

Collaborate with platform representatives to ensure the seamless completion of the online shop setup.

Other tasks:

To perform necessary daily operational tasks at the physical branches to ensure thorough familiarity with the company's business and products.

Requirements:

    Proficiency in Mandarin and English is mandatory

    Proven experience in managing e-commerce projects or managing similar business models

    Extensive experience and knowledge in electronic devices and accessories, including detailed knowledge of specifications and technical requirements.

    Excellent communication skills to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.

    Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Temu, Shopify, etc.

    Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.

    Knowledge of International supply chain
