Client Services Manager Shoreditch, London Permanent, Full-time £32,000/£36,000 dependent on experience Accredit Solutions is in the business of providing accreditation platforms to some of the UK and World’s most high profile sporting, government, and major event organisations. Based in Shoreditch, we are looking to add an energetic and hardworking member to our team as we look to expand our offering extensively in 2018 and beyond.

  We have top tiered clients in football, rugby, cricket, American football, and many more who love working with us and the solutions we provide.

Due to substantial growth, we are now looking to hire an experienced Client Services Manager, who can own client requirements, escalations and issues and manage these through to conclusion.

You will work alongside our Product Manager, Development Team and Sales people to ensure our product is always delivered to our expected service levels.

The role will involve: * Providing Product support to clients both face to face and via the phone * Implementing new system roll-outs and upgrades, including being involved in final acceptance testing, snagging and client training * Writing and compiling system and training documentation * Taking ownership of client escalations and seeing them through to resolution * Attending client meetings onsite (some travel may be required) * Work with the client to identify workarounds to overcome situations not dealt with by the product * Work with the client to identify client side issues * Supporting Product and Development teams in identifying system issues and specifying innovations and improvements.

Essential skills: In order to be successful with your application it is important you can demonstrate all of the following essential skills: * Must have worked in a client facing support function for more than 3 years in the technology sector * Escalation management and understanding both to the client and internally to the business * High-level of collaboration with internal teams * Exceptional client relationship skills * Ability to conduct product business/service reviews * Strong Microsoft Excel skills * Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail * Able to manage increasing levels of responsibilities, deadlines and client/partner relationships * Excellent communications skills – written & verbal * Strong passion for client service through technology Nice to Have: * Understanding of MS SQL – basic queries and update scripting * Trend Analysis/Problem Management * Basic Networking – IP, Proxy, Firewalls etc. * Basic HTML * Experience working with accreditation * Interest in sport
