Your mission:  

Our Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services department is growing and we are looking for people who are eager to work in a dynamic and rewarding environment. Recognising that today's environment imposes on market participants new and exceedingly challenging regulatory requirements, PwC Luxembourg has pooled experts into the Regulatory Compliance Advisory Services (RCAS) department dedicated to help its clients to meet these requirements from a business impacts and regulatory compliance perspective. The RCAS team is focused to provide timely, cost effective and practical assistance to clients facing regulatory change and compliance issues.  You will be working in small teams and with a high degree of responsibility. In direct contact with management at our clients, you will assist them understand and analyse regulatory and investment compliance issues, but also to focus on Risk Management for the Asset Management sector, define appropriate solutions and implement them in the most efficient way.  

Be a part of our team where you will:  

• Provide investment compliance advice and eligibility analyses on financial products, financial exchanges, financial indices and/or investment strategies with regard to Luxembourg laws and CSSF's circulars;

• Assist clients to enhance their investment compliance organisation and procedures;

• Work on the development of new investment compliance services and tools;

• Provide investment compliance trainings to internal and external clients;

• Review the investment compliance tools to identify any inefficiencies and propose improvement process;

• Assist our clients in the production of different risk reports, e.g. market risk, liquidity risk, concentration risk;

• Participate in investment compliance audits such as investment policies and portfolios' reviews;

• Manage a team of investment compliance specialists.

• Mastering investment restrictions and eligibility criteria applicable to investment funds and particularly to UCITS;

• An experience of at least 5 years in investment compliance business for investment funds;

• A strong experience and knowledge of financial products and investment fund compliance industry;

• A powerful business developer;

• Excellent analytical competences with an appropriate critical mind;

• Excellent writing and communication skills in English;
