As a vibrant office management team, we are currently seeking a diligent and motivated Household and Hospitality Operative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:  

  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout our serviced office and content creation hub, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.

  Manage client food and beverage orders as part of their meeting room bookings, ensuring timely and accurate service.

Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to clients, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Providing support with some general office and administration tasks and engaging with suppliers

Assist with the setup and reinstatement of meeting rooms and events ensuring all client requirements are met.

Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and beverages, placing orders as necessary to ensure stock levels are

   adequate.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient service delivery.

  Carry out periodic deep cleaning tasks as directed.  

  Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure compliance and keep a safe working environment.

Qualifications:  

  Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping, preferably in a front of house role, is an advantage but not

   essential.  

Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.  

Good organisational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.  

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  

Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
