Join Dynaudio’s Project Management Office (PMO) in Denmark, and help develop new ways to improve the next generation of world-class loudspeakers and car sound systems.

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator to support the continuous creation of new products – especially with Chinese partners and customers, so your understanding of Chinese language and culture is crucial.

‘Trouble shooter’, ‘go-getter’ and ‘hands-on self-starter’ needed for a ‘dynamic workplace’; You’ve heard all the buzzwords before, so let’s try with a less tired approach: Whether you believe it’s the devil or the divine that’s in the details, your job is to find them and help make simple solutions out of complex challenges.

YOUR MISSION

As our new Project Coordinator in the PMO team, your mission is of course to support our overall vision. You do that by owning these primary tasks:

• Project administration
• Operational internal resource planning
• Internal/external stakeholder management
• Operational performance follow-ups
• Project Manager support

You’ll learn how to manage projects from A to Z in collaboration with highly dedicated project and audio-specialists in the business, and as you progress in your role, we’ll offer you the chance to go through a company paid Project Management course, so you can grow into a Project Manager role eventually.

YOUR COLLEAGUES

Your assigned work desk will be in our R&D Center in Skanderborg. Here, you’ll share office space with engineers, project managers and sound tuners, who independently and together work to create world-class solutions in sound for our customers.

You’ll join the PMO team consisting of five members, and you’ll report to the Director of the PMO.

In essence, your success in the role comes down to:

• your ability to foresee and tackle challenges head on, so they stay small and manageable.
• your effort in tying loose ends and helping create clarity and structure in (at times) complicated projects.
• your awareness of and skills in providing colleagues and partners with well-timed information and support.

The nature of your role and responsibilities requires that you have a high level of English and Mandarin language proficiencies and a great understanding of Chinese cultural/social norms and work culture.
