mStable Association is looking to hire a Chief Executive Officer (m/f) – 100%

The mStable association is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to support the growth, development and continued decentralisation of the mStable protocol. mStable is an autonomous and non-custodial stablecoin infrastructure protocol.

The mStable association is looking to hire a Chief Executive Officer of its operations in Zug, Switzerland.

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for all funds of the association, all grant payments, managing all stakeholders in the organization and being the voice of the association.

Duties and responsibilities

●Implementation of the strategy, resolutions and

decisions of the association;

●Management, direction and supervision of the

  association’s day-to-day business activities;

●Organisation of the association’s operating business,

  including working places and operations, the scopes of

  responsibility and authority, the reporting, the

  information flows as well as the instruction and

  monitoring of the staff;

●Development and issuance of written regulations,

  business and risk policies, corporate philosophy and


●Issuance of necessary orders and instructions, guidelines

  for the business operations and of directives on the

  implementation of the business and risk policy, the

  corporate philosophy and the corporate objectives,

  within its scope of responsibility;

●Representation of the association towards third parties

  on operational level;

●Preparation and presentation of the annual and interim

  financial statements, management reports and annual


●Preparation of the annual budget for approval,

  monitoring the compliance with the budget.

●Deciding, with members, the recipients of grant



●Minimum of a 3-years of education at an accredited

  university, including a Bachelor's degree from an

  accredited university in economics or social sciences;

●Further education or training in economics or social

  sciences is considered an advantage;

●At least 2-years of proven experience with crypto and

  Ethereum technology;

●In-depth understanding and practical experience in

  digital assets markets analysis;

●At least 1-year of relevant experience in managing a

  digital assets business or firm;

●Experience and proven background in setting up and

  leading a team of specialists in the digital asset and

  cryptocurrencies space;

●Extended experience in a financial analyst, consulting or

  related role, with time in a globally recognised firm;

●Minimum 1-year of experience in managing a team of

  specialists including cryptocurrencies traders and


●Proven international and intercultural work experience,

  knowledge of business practices in China considered an


●Strong technical knowledge of decentralised finance;

●bility to balance conflicting requirements such as

  customer demands, strategic demands and employee


●Strong negotiation, presentation and communication


●A good communicator, self-motivated, with a

  commercial, practical, methodical, detail-oriented,

  flexible and dynamic approach;

●Proven experience in capital and fund raising;

●An entrepreneurial mind-set with outstanding

  organizational and leadership skills;

●Ability to work independently in a rapidly changing

  environment. Must have proven ability to manage

  multiple tasks effectively with tight timelines. Experience

  working in an agile and iterative environment, using test

  driven development and similar practices;

●Willing to learn to get deep knowledge of mStable and its


●Fluency in English (verbal and written) as well as

  collaborating across global teams & international clients

  is a must; furthermore, any additional language skills

  are advantageous.
