Little Pot Limited, trading as Bar 1661 of Green Street, Dublin 7, is currently looking to recruit a chef for its very busy team. It is an exciting opportunity at a contemporary bar in Dublin 7 for a chef. To assist and lead in the delivery of a modern offering in a world class venue.

Main roles and responsibilities include:

Assist the team in the preparation of high quality food and drink in a busy, award winning restaurant.

Evaluate quality where needed to ensure consistent high standards are maintained.

Development and maintenance of a regular schedule for areas and equipment.

Additional responsibilities and work including but not limited to the preparation of all our other offerings such as recipe development and production will be required.

Requirements and Skills

Proficiency is expected in bar food and small plates, all designed to enhance the customers’ experience.

Experience in working in a busy late-night venue is essential and international experience would be preferred.

Organisation, high motivation and energetic communicator who is passionate about Irish products and who would take an interest in our community goals.
