We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for overseeing a section of the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, presentation, and service. You will work closely with our Sous Chefs and Head Chef, contributing to the creation of exciting and innovative dishes that will delight our guests.

Responsibilities:

    Oversee a designated kitchen section, ensuring top-quality preparation and presentation of dishes.

    Prepare and cook dishes following the restaurant’s recipes and standards.

    Assist in creating and refining menu items and daily specials.

    Train and guide junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and quality.

    Maintain a clean, organized workspace, complying with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

    Experience as a Chef de Partie or Senior Chef de Partie.

    Strong culinary skills with comprehensive kitchen knowledge.

    Ability to lead, work well under pressure, and collaborate with a team.

    Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
