Giraffe Childcare Limited is hiring a Chef De Partie with a minimum of 2 years of experience to provide daily food preparation with high hygiene and safety standards. HACCP qualification and good English communication are required. Permanent/Full-time/40 hours per week. €35,360 per annum at W23 KW6F. Contact careersgiraffe.ie .

Key Responsibilities:

Daily food preparation, meeting the quality and standards of HACCP.

Responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the kitchen.

Manage the daily kitchen routines, including managing stocks in a responsible manner and estimating the daily production needs, avoiding unnecessary wastage.

Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented to agreed standards.

Order of supplies in consultation with the Centre Management.

Check the quality of the food products ensuring it meets hygiene and safety standards.

Responsible for HACCP monitoring and controls.

Maintain daily records in accordance with health and safety practices.

Monitor and develop the menu programme for the Centre in conjunction with Management.

Cultivate good working relations with colleagues and management.

Requirements:

    2 years of experience as Chef de Partie.

    HACCP qualification.

    Good English communication.
