The Shack Restaurant is a modern, traditional Irish restaurant in the heart of Temple Bar. Established in 1993, we have served almost two million guests since opening.

We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie.

The successful candidate should be able to work well under pressure. A strong work ethic is essential to take on this role, as the position requires a hands-on approach. The ideal candidate will be able to provide guests with food of a high standard of preparation and presentation and will be required to work as part of the Kitchen Team to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and service.

Qualifications / Experience required:*

At least 3 years of experience in a busy high-level restaurant

Fluent English

Excellent communication skills

The position is full-time and permanent and requires a commencement within 30 days.
