Chef de Partie. Mid-East. Irlanda

Glenn Anthony Restaurants Limited are seeking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join our Drogheda restaurant.

A franchise of Camile Thai.

This is a full time permanent position.

39 hours per week.

Salary Euro 34,000 per annum.

Candidates must have 2 years of chef de partie level experience.

And experience in a professional kitchen.

Duties will include:

- To be responsible for all food preparation within the kitchen.

- To operate and when necessary, manage a busy and efficient kitchen by showing leadership and responsibility

- To ensure that the established recipes, policies and standard operating procedures are followed while preparing the meals.

- To ensure safety standards are met within the kitchen.

- To help with the kitchen health and hygiene procedures

- To be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in training new chefs.

- Washing and cleaning up all the equipment.

- To contribute to creating a positive work atmosphere and encourage colleagues.

- Keeping the kitchen area tidy at all times.

- Preparing spices to match our dishes.

- General chef de partie duties.
