We are now recruiting for an experience Chef De Partie for our Award Winning Lock 13 Brewpub, Sallins, Co. Kildare.

Chef De Parties are required to supervise, train, and inspect the performance of assigned Kitchen Staff, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the our Highest Standards, while working within the budgeted guidelines. Chef De Parties must also assist where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests as well as provide support, training, direction, and focus to ensure staff members have continued success.

The Ideal candidate will possess:

Knowledge of food safety handling.

Ability to work well under pressure.

Experience in a Chef De Partie position

Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate will have training and experience in a high standard food prep and service environment.
