Chef de Partie. Irlanda

Chef de Partie X2 required for Turmeric Trails Limited (t/a Saravanaa Bhavan).

Located at Units 11-18, Belgard Square West, Tallaght, Dublin 24. We are looking for experienced, creative, and passionate Chef De Parties’ to join our team. The primary

duties will include:

Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality vegetarian dishes within the speciality section.

Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes.

Assisting with the management of health and safety.

Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices

Managing and training any Commis Chefs

Monitoring portion and waste control

Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards

Other general duties.

Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working with Indian and Ethnic Cuisines, be highly motivated, dynamic, and an enthusiastic individual, have

excellent leadership skills, and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Definitive knowledge of HACCP and Safe Practices at Work. Must be a good  communicator.

Salary €34,500 p/a.
