Our client is EKW Professional Ltd, T/A Nore Asian Street Food, at 43C John Street, Kilkenny, Co. Kilkenny.

The Role

A creative Chef De Partie is required to join our client’s team. This position involves Planning, Odering and Preparing a wide range of Specialised Asian Cuisine dishes together with Kitchen Staff Recruitment and Management in a busy Asian food Restaurant. You should have the following Qualifications

Skills / Experience:

An enthusiastic, dynamic and qualified Chef De Partie who is ready for a new challenge.

Have experience of working with a wide range of Asian foods

You must be a good man manager and be able to motivate staff in a good team working environment

Experience of working in a professional kitchen and able to demonstrate a clear understanding of all Health and Safety matters

Good practical experience of quality cooking and presentation is required

Should have at least five years practical experiences
