Change Manager Support. Østjylland. Dinamarca

We are looking for a new colleague to join an exciting project with client in the pharma industry. You will support Change Management activities related to building out their Data Foundation across LoB engagements.

Location: Greater Copenhagen, hybrid.

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong experience as a Change Manager making you able to adapt right away
• Proficiency in change management methodologies and best practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across various organizational levels
• Experience in leading change initiatives within data and analytics projects, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of data management, governance and data-related challenges
• Relevant educational background and certifications in change management methodologies or data-related technologies
• Valid EU work permit making you able to start right away
• Strong English skills - both oral and written
• Very hands and proactive profile

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY

• Communication tasks: Support article and newsletter activities to help communicate news continuously on Viva Engage, and create (some of the) content to the Data Marketplace playbook
• Stakeholder management: including stakeholder mapping and engagement tracking across LoB engagements
• Training: including both material creation and facilitation
• Feedback loops: help track feedback from training sessions and newsletter
