Key Requirements:

Proven experience in catering or high-volume kitchen environments

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday

Applicants must be legally entitled to work within Ireland and the EU.

Successful completion of Garda Vetting Process

Two professional references covering the last five years of employment

Applicants must have a good command of the English language.

Core Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary requirements and restrictions

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas to ensure health and safety compliance

Properly store, label, and rotate food to prevent spoilage and maintain quality

Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with established procedures

Perform any other necessary duties within the kitchen and dining area to facilitate smooth service delivery to patients and staff
